I just placed an order, how long before I get to start eating?

You should be receiving a confirmation note from us within 24 hours.  Unless there is a shortage of ingredients, your order will typically be ready within 3 days.

How will I be receiving my orders?

If you happen to live in Pulau Tikus, Gurney, Tanjung Tokong or Tanjung Bungah, Penang we can deliver the sorbet to you.  Otherwise, we will be contacting you to make arrangements for collections.

 

How do I make payment?

We typically take cash on delivery.  However, if you would like alternative payment methods (e.g. bank transfer / PayPal), do let us know when making your order.  We do not take credit cards at this juncture.

 

I am buying the sorbet for someone special, can you include a personalised message for me?

We will be happy to consider any special requests you may have.  Just include a note to that effect in the order form and we will get back to you on your request.

 

How long will the sorbet keep for?

Our sorbets are hand crafted using fresh ingredients and do not contain any artificial preservatives.  We would recommend that you consume the sorbet within one to two weeks of opening.  The size of each bottle has been specially designed to ensure that you are able to do so at your leisure, especially if you share them with your friends and family (you will probably have to order more)!

 

I'm having trouble scooping out the sorbet.  Help!!!

Depending on your freezer settings, you may need to leave the bottle out of the freezer for approximately five to 10 minutes if it is too hard to scoop out.  Just remember to put it back into the freezer afterwards!

 

We are having a party for our kids, do you cater for events as well?

Definitely!  Just drop us a note and we will contact you to discuss your requirements.
